McCardel Restorations Buys 2 Industrials
McCardel Restorations purchased two 12,000-square-foot industrial buildings at 4100 and 4150 Hunsaker in East Lansing, MI, from Robertson Brothers for $651,000 or $27 per square foot. The buyer now occupies a portion of 4100 Hunsaker while leasing out the remaining space in both buildings. Construction was completed on the two properties in 2001. No brokers were mentioned. Sleep Doctor Retailer Buys Grand Rapids Bldg.
Sleep Doctor, a Michigan-based mattress and bedding retailer, recently acquired the building it occupies at 5121 28th St. SE in Grand Rapids, MI. The single-story property totals 5,882 square feet and was purchased for $1,631,423 or about $277 per square foot. Peter Colvin of Sperry Van Ness/Silveri Company represented the seller.
